Responsibilities

Formulating the strategy of the fund’s treasury and public investments in accordance with the fund’s priorities and strategy, in coordination with the Investment Committee.
Merging the investment strategy with the capital structure management, liquidity and hedge policy, as well as limiting the mismatching of assets and liabilities.
Managing the fund’s liquidity and coordinating it with investment activities while guaranteeing meeting the fund’s liquidity requirements.
Surveilling the performance of the investment portfolio and cash centers as well as the risks associated to them, in addition to presenting reports on the results and developments.
Developing the strategies of the investment and treasury sector and developing their internal policies and procedures, in addition to documenting them and working continuously to update them.
Laying out policies and plans for investment projects in the agricultural sector.
Laying out initiatives of ADF and following-up their implementation once they are approved.
Preparing the suggested annual performance rates for the various investment fields in the fund, and following-up them up after their approval.
Preparing the fundamentals, standards, controls and indexes of investment in the various asset categories of the ADF.
Preparing economic feasibility studies for investment projects and opportunities.
Preparing periodic analytical reports on financial investment performance and preparing recommendations thereon.
