The Board is the supreme authority supervising the administration and management of the Fund's affairs. The Board carries out many tasks, such as approving the internal system, administrative and executive regulations, and other regulations that are the reference for each sector.
The Board also approves the plans and the annual budget for the activities of the ADF and its administrative expenses. It also takes the necessary procedures to open accounts with SAMA and the financial governmental institutions in the KSA.
The Board supervises setting the maximum limit on the value of each loan type, as well as the duration of all loans and the rescheduling of lagging repayments.
