Responsibilities

Fund’s affairs management.
General supervision of the Fun’s administration which handles the implementation of its daily activities.
Making decisions regarding the Fund’s best interest.
Approving the Fund’s comprehensive strategy and key action plans.
Approving, revising and directing the risk management policy.
Ensuring the application of appropriate risk management systems, effective internal financial control systems and information management systems
Establishing rules for the ownership of real estate and other movables and securities, as well as selling, trading, disposing of and mortgaging them in a way that suits the interest of the Fund.
Approving final accounts and annual report of the Fund.
Regularly reviewing the Fund’s system and suggesting what may be necessary for the development of the Fund in accordance with the Kingdom's 2030 vision.
